Needing to change your address, name, or other portion of you claim after filing? Email your request at contact@jjconsulting-receivership.com. Phone requests are not accepted.

If you are unable to complete the electronic claims form via cases.stretto.com/JJConsulting, the Receiver encourages you to file your claim via the hard copy form below and return to the Receiver's claims agent, Stretto, by December 1, 2025. Please do not file both electronic and hard copy claims as this will result in duplicate claims.
